The word 'Aptius' itself means 'better prepared, more appropriate,' and this is the key to our methodology. At Aptius we believe that all achievement stems from appropriate preparation; lay solid foundations and you will build lasting success. Rush through the basics in a search for short- term gain and you'll achieve less in the long run, as well as risking disillusionment, and even injury.

An Integrated approach to personal training and sports therapy is the cornerstone of our training methods at Aptius. Through a process of postural, proprioceptive and flexibility assessment we can help you exercise more efficiently (not necessarily harder!), and achieve lasting improvements in body shape, performance, and overall health.
